CLAIM OF THE STORY
The Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB), has released the 2025/2026 Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) examination results.
JUSTIFICATION FOR OUR FINDINGS
Social media was awash with a statement claiming that MANEB had released the MSCE examination results.
The communication also alleged that the results had been released earlier than expected.
However, responding to the statement, MANEB, through its official Facebook page, refuted the claims.
MANEB advised all candidates, parents, guardians, teachers and the general public to remain patient and wait for the official announcement.
The examination body said the official results will be announced through MANEB's authorised communication channels as soon as they are ready.
